Never joined group fitness classes or touched a barbell before? No problem! We recommend joining a Strength & Sweat class to get started. Once you join, you will receive a free 1:1 hour coaching session to learn the basics of barbell movements to keep you safe and feel great.

looking for a new gym?

We're happy you're here! Join any of our classes for a free week pass to meet as much of our community as possible. Our coaches will keep a close eye on your form and walk you through any questions you might have. 

looking for powerlifting?

All skill levels are welcome to try our Power Hour classes on Thursday evening @ 5:30pm and Sunday mornings at 8:45am or 10am. If you live too far, join us for a punch card on Sundays when traffic is low, and good vibes are flowing with coffee at the platforms.
